1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the tptk gambling platform located at tptk.onl and any associated mobile-optimized sites or progressive web applications (collectively, the "Service"), you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement"). 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for, access, or use the tptk gambling platform. By creating a tptk account, you confirm that you are 21 years old or older and that you meet the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence. tptk strictly prohibits underage gambling and implements age verification procedures to ensure compliance. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

Players who provide false information regarding age or identity, or who allow minors to access their tptk account, will have their account permanently closed with no entitlement to refunds of deposits or withdrawals of winnings. We cooperate with parents, guardians, and authorities to prevent underage gambling and will report suspected cases to relevant enforcement agencies in Bangladesh.

2.2 Account Creation

To use tptk gambling services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are permitted to maintain only one (1) account with tptk. Creating multiple accounts or duplicate accounts using different names, email addresses, or identity documents is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you will select a unique username and secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify tptk of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. tptk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.3 Restricted Territories

The tptk gambling platform is intended primarily for players located in Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not permitted to register for or use the Service. By using tptk, you represent that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of tptk is legal in your location.

3. Account Verification and Security

3.1 KYC Requirements

tptk implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other illegal activities. As part of the account verification process, we may require you to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, driver's license), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, mobile wallet screenshot showing your name).

You agree to provide any requested documents within seven (7) business days of our request. Failure to complete account verification may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions including but not limited to inability to place bets, make deposits, or withdraw funds. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or violation of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for implementing reasonable security measures to protect your tptk account. We recommend using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters with a minimum length of ten (10) characters. Do not share your password with any third party or allow others to access your account. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available to add an extra layer of security to your account.

tptk will never ask you to provide your password via email, phone call, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected]. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We will investigate all reports of security breaches and take appropriate action to protect your account.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tptk accepts deposits via mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods or as required by anti-money-laundering regulations.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Depositing funds using another person's payment method, credit card, bank account, or mobile wallet will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds. You agree that all deposits represent your own funds obtained through legal means and not derived from criminal activity.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tptk account instantly within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days to process depending on your bank's processing times. tptk does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply transaction fees which are your responsibility. Deposit transaction limits may apply based on your payment method and account verification status.

4.3 Payment Method Changes

If you wish to add a new payment method or change your registered payment details, you must update your account information in the Banking section of your tptk account dashboard. New payment methods may require additional verification documentation proving ownership. For security purposes, withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits and have been on file for a minimum of seven (7) days.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time through the Banking section of their tptk account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by tptk management for valid reasons. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is approved.

Standard withdrawal processing time is six (6) to twelve (12) hours for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and three (3) to five (5) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or if additional verification is required. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or suspicious activity patterns.

5.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of wagering requirements for any active bonuses or promotions. Funds deposited must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before becoming eligible for withdrawal, even if no bonus was claimed. This requirement prevents money laundering and fraudulent activity. tptk may decline withdrawal requests if we suspect abuse of the platform including but not limited to arbitrage betting, exploitation of system errors, or collusion with other players.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

tptk does not charge fees for standard withdrawal requests processed via mobile wallets or bank transfers. However, your payment provider or financial institution may deduct transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges from the withdrawal amount. These third-party fees are beyond tptk's control and are your responsibility. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than three per week) may be subject to administrative fees at tptk's discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

tptk offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Bonus terms typically include wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and time limits for completing the bonus.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or the deposit amount must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance is released for withdrawal. 6.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is considered fraudulent abuse and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of all funds. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice. 6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free bets have an expiry period, typically seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the expiry period will be automatically removed from your account. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are non-recoverable. tptk is not responsible for notifying players of upcoming bonus expiry beyond the information published on the promotion page at the time of the offer.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on tptk are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and event type. When placing a bet, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selection, stake amount, and odds before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the tptk system, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled except where explicitly permitted under specific match or market rules. Bets on cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are subject to official cricket governing body rules and tptk's specific cricket betting rules.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet stake is ৳100. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, event, and market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. tptk reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual players at its sole discretion, including reducing maximum stakes for players identified as professional gamblers or suspected bonus abusers. Multiple bets, accumulators, and system bets have their own minimum and maximum stake rules displayed in the betting interface.

7.3 Void, Cancelled, and Suspended Markets

tptk reserves the right to void or suspend betting markets at any time in response to suspicious betting patterns, incorrect odds, incomplete or erroneous event data, or force majeure events. If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets may be settled as void and stakes returned to players' accounts. 8. Casino and Games Rules

8.1 Game Providers

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or tournament events

• Abusing the customer support system including submitting false claims, threats, or harassing support staff

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations, pending transaction fees, or amounts owed to tptk. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. 11.2 Involuntary Closure by tptk

tptk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, failure to complete KYC verification, detection of prohibited activities, or on the recommendation of gambling regulatory or law enforcement authorities. In cases of involuntary closure due to fraudulent or prohibited activities, tptk may forfeit all balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds without any obligation to return funds to the player.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the tptk platform without prior written consent from tptk. Unauthorized use of tptk's intellectual property will result in account termination and may result in legal action. The tptk brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without explicit written permission.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tptk and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising from your use of the tptk platform. tptk's total liability to you for any direct damages, losses, or causes of action arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tptk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, system outages, third-party payment processing failures, or events beyond tptk's reasonable control. The gambling services provided by tptk are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
